SunSpin Media not responsible for any mistakes or the rights of use of the files submitted. 

4. Proofs & Approval 

We will send you proof before printing on custom design projects. Once you approve it, we will move forward with production. 

SunSpin Media is not responsible for errors you approved in the proof. 

5. Payments 

Payment is required before any custom design work or printing begins. Prices may vary based on materials, sizes, and design time. 

6. Production & Turnaround Time 

Production times are estimates and may vary due to workload, suppliers, or equipment issues. Rush fees may apply for urgent jobs. 

7. Shipping & Pickup 

You can choose shipping or local pickup (if offered). We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. 

8. Revisions 

Design services include a limited number of revisions. Extra revisions or major changes may cost more. 

9. Cancellations & Refunds 

Orders cannot be canceled after printing begins. 

Custom items are non-refundable. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll work to make it right. 

10. Color & Material Disclaimer 

Colors may look different on screen compared to the final print. Small variations in color, trim, and material can occur. 

11. Liability 

Our liability is limited to reprinting the item or offering a refund for the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect or additional damages.
